Loading Dose
Нагрузочная доза
Доза лекарственного средства, которая выше обычной стандартной дозы и используется для быстрого достижения терапевтического уровня препарата в крови. В дальнейшем, чтобы поддерживать уровень препарата в крови в терапевтических пределах, бывает достаточно приема стандартной дозы лекарственного средства.
